At the foot of the Aus mountains where the desert dunes and plains meet, the Swiegers brothers have their acclaimed Klein-Aus Vista Ranch.
Here guests can participate in 1-3 day hiking trails with extraordinary views over the Namib or join scenic 3 hour farm drives. The ranch neighbours the Namib Naukluft Park with the well known Namib Feral Horses that have roamed the plains for several generations. Klein-Aus Vista cc have access to attractions such as the Namib Feral Horses, near Garub, the red Koichab Dune Belt and the ancient camel-thorn tree forest are explored.
Special hiking trips to the majestic Dik Willem Inselberg, a carbonatite intrusion, 49 mil years old, can also be done.
Sunset/ sunrise and full or half day guided tours are conducted into this area.
