Nunda River Lodge - Caprivi

This newly established lodge is situated on the Kavango River between Popa Falls and Ngepi Camp, near Divundu. Nunda River Lodge is in close proximity to two game parks, Mahango and the newly proclaimed Bwabwata, previously the Caprivi Game Park and Buffalo Park.

The main complex consists of restaurant, bar, lounge and reception area. This is all under “thatch” of about 280 sq meters and is on the river with a truly magnificent deck over the river of 200 sq meters, with fantastic sunsets across the river. A large, sparkling swimming pool is scenically situated next to the river. Accommodation consists of 7 en -suite double "Luxury Tented Chalets", each with its own deck overlooking the river.

8 grassed camping sites with a "cook shack" are on offer for self-sufficient travellers. All campsites are on or close to the river and have barbeque area, bench, light and plug as well as water tap. Purified drinking water is supplied at special taps.

Activities offered at Nunda River Lodge: game drives; boat trips and fishing; makoro (Canoe) trips; traditional village walks.
